At Chamkili, we deliver all orders safely and swiftly across Pakistan via our primary logistics partner, TCS Express Courier.
1. Order Confirmation & Processing
After placing an order, our customer care team will reach out via SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery details. Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM PKT enter same-day dispatch.
2. Delivery Timelines (TCS Express)
- Major Metros (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2 to 3 working days.
- Other Cities & Regional Towns: 3 to 5 working days.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery
Standard nationwide courier delivery is free on routine sets or orders above PKR 1,999. Nominal courier fee applies on smaller single items.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery parcels, please have the cash amount ready for the TCS courier rider upon doorstep delivery.
5. Tracking & Inquiries
Once your order is dispatched, a live TCS tracking consignment number (CN) will be shared with you to monitor parcel movement in real-time.
